Refund Policy – Zwia Company Limited

At Zwia Company Limited, we aim to provide reliable and professional services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made to our company.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Zwia Company Limited are processed based on agreed service terms, quotations, or contracts. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • If a payment was made in error or duplicate payment occurred.

  • If Zwia Company Limited is unable to deliver the agreed service.

  • If a service contract is cancelled before work has commenced, subject to administrative deductions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If services have already been delivered or partially delivered.

  • If cancellation is made after staff deployment or service commencement.

  • If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information affecting service delivery.

  • For losses caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing (email or message).

  • Approved cancellations before service commencement may qualify for partial refunds.

  • Any costs already incurred (transport, staffing, preparation, or materials) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method used.

6. Method of Refund

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.

7. Service Disputes

If a client is dissatisfied with a service, Zwia Company Limited encourages prompt communication. We will review complaints and may offer:

  • Service correction or replacement

  • Partial refund (where applicable)

  • Alternative service arrangements
